This module describes preplanning. Preplanning is a systematic step-by-step strategy intended to coordinate the overall planning process for a construction project. This module is divided into two lessons: The first lesson discusses the importance of preplanning to successful project management, introduces the 14 steps in the preplanning process, and specifically discusses steps 1-5. The second lesson reviews the importance of preplanning, reintroduces the 14 preplanning steps, and discusses steps 6-14. LEARNING OBJECTIVES: -
